Training board at Blue Moon Dressage consists of 5-6 days of work undersaddle including in the arena, hacking out and work over open ground. The gently rolling hills of Western Cumberland County provide an ideal environment for conditioning over varied terrain, keeping both body and mind fresh. Gymnastic work over cavaletti, through a jump chute or over fences is incorporated as necessary to provide a well rounded education.
Boarding is available to a limited number of clients year around and we can accommodate up to three winter residents. Bright airy stalls, well maintained pastures with shelter, indoor and outdoor arenas, a free jumping chute, grass jump field, indoor wash stall and heated tack room are some of the features that this well run facility offers.
To be successful the rider must be able to distinquish between cause and effect. The effect will be easy to see. But the cause will be recognized only through knowledge, which is supplied by theory. --alois podhajsky
